We begin with an on-site workshop to understand your vision in detail.

 

This includes measuring and photographing key areas while refining scope, design direction, lifestyle requirements, furnishings, fittings, budget, priorities and timeline.

 

We also identify any building constraints and curate inspiration imagery to define your personal design aesthetic.

We develop tailored design concepts for each room within scope, refining layouts and spatial flow while translating initial sketches into resolved room-by-room proposals.

 

This includes curated furniture, art and accessory selections, showroom visits with your interior designer, preliminary colour palettes, finishes, fittings and fixtures, and the creation of mood boards and 3D visualisations.

 

Preliminary consultants are engaged where required to support the design direction.

Following concept approval, we refine and fully document the design for pricing and procurement. This includes sourcing and consolidating supplier quotes, documenting any custom furniture for manufacture, and compiling a detailed FFE schedule for costing approval.

We prepare comprehensive documentation suitable for tender and, where required, revise drawings for authority or strata submission to meet local regulations.

 

Consultants are coordinated throughout to ensure the design is technically resolved and ready for delivery.

We manage the full procurement and tender process, issuing documentation, responding to contractor queries, and reviewing submissions to ensure alignment with the approved design intent.

 

We liaise with preferred contractors to finalise scope and pricing, coordinate approvals, and align all costs with the overall project budget and program.

Trade compliance is overseen throughout, FF&E invoices are issued as approved, and all furnishing logistics are managed to ensure seamless delivery and installation.

We coordinate the receiving of all goods to your property, undertake initial quality checks, and manage any supply chain matters to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

For renovation projects, we conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and trade installations, liaise with contractors and suppliers to resolve queries, review shop drawings, and assess contractor claims and progress payments where required.

We oversee the final delivery, placement and styling of all furniture, décor and artwork, including assembly and coordination of any handyman works. Packaging is removed and the space is prepared for immediate living.

A thorough inspection is conducted with the client to identify and rectify any defects in coordination with contractors. We ensure every element meets the highest standard and provide guidance on the care and maintenance of finishes, fixtures and furnishings.
